Pearson Online Learning created an in-house unique group to celebrate diversity, equity, inclusivity, and accessibility in the workplace - or DEIA. These are all very important practices in my own life. Upon joining this group, I was tasked with creating a branded UI Kit, which would act as the navigating guide to the build of the eventual website. I conducted much UI Kit research and made sure to include all of the necessary assets the site would need as a guide for any designer to use. The greatest challenge was it being brand new, however the outcome was well received by the group.
